Shipping & Delivery

Orders received by 6:00 p.m. EST will ship within 2 business days from date of order, depending upon the selected product and manufacturer's stock availability. Orders will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, or the United States Postal Service depending on product type and quantity ordered. If you require a specific carrier or delivery specifications please contact us at hello@finishtheory.com prior to placing your order to discuss possibilities.

We will notify customers by email applicable tracking information once an order has shipped. For certain items shipping from our affiliates, tracking information is not available in real time and may be subject to delays.

In the case of delayed order processing or a product being out of stock the purchaser will be notified within 3 business days. Out of stock items will automatically be placed on backorder with the manufacturer and orders may be cancelled at any point prior to shipment by contacting us at hello@finishtheory.com.

Orders will be accepted through our online platform 24/7, 365 days a year however shipping times are impacted by normal work hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) and observed federal holidays. Buyers should anticipate these restrictions when placing orders.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address they enter during order placement can accept the delivery of products and there is a secure location to complete delivery. Finish Theory is not liable for delivery issues related to incorrect address information provided by buyers.

We have no liability to the buyer with respect to shipping delays or delivery failure due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, employee strikes, package theft, and transport problems or delays.
